Dr. Jorgensen received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, and clinical fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at Emory University in Atlanta. Dr. Jorgensen is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. His special interests include coronary angioplasty, peripheral vascular intervention, radial artery access for cardiac catheterization and intervention, Patent Foramen Ovale and Atrial Septal Defect Closure, complex structural heart interventions, and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR). He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology.
